Saturdays in Indiana,
especially during the fall, are always entertaining.
You can find something to do, somewhere, almost every weekend.
On 9-20-2014, we decided to embark on a journey to "The Lakeview 1st Annual Car Show".

This was a FREE and Open to the public, event.
Located right off of National Road in Cambridge, Indiana.
Unfortunately we did not get to dine at "The Lakeview Restaurant" due to them being VERY busy. Your food has to be good if there is a 15 minute wait to be seated.
(Waiting to be seated is something you don't do with a 6 year old that's hungry, lol.)
We will be back soon to dine and have this experience.

True to the name, the Lakeview has a Lakeview.
Teaming with Ducks, Fish, and a nice peaceful atmosphere beside a rather busy national road.
The following are the pictures I snapped of the cars that caught my eye.
Some were just for kicks and looked pretty cool.

My son in the "Old Ambulance."
We commented that it looked like the "Ghostbusters" car.
It was an ambulance like theirs, but it was a different Make.
Yes, I had to stop and take a picture of the "Old Fart" sign.
I am still that giggling 12 yr old at heart.

At most every event that I attend, I end up photographing someones dog.
This is Daisy? I hope I have the name right.

That concludes our journey to "The Lakeview 1st Annual Car Show".
We will most certainly be back next year. The atmosphere was friendly, the music was great, they had a 50/50 drawing, and a lot of cool stories behind each car. The attendance was great as well, with dozens of people walking around, talking, and looking at cars. There were even more in the restaurant, sitting on hill sides, and enjoying a sunny, breezy, beautiful Indiana Saturday.
